01

How to choose a website design company.

The right platform depends on what the site has to do. Wix suits a small site that needs to be live quickly. Webflow suits a polished site your team can run without the complexity.

WordPress is for full control of content, templates and plugins. A custom stack is for specific requirements, or when you would rather not depend on any CMS at all.

We build on all four, so the recommendation is not a sales pitch. Across 150+ projects the test has been the same: the right platform is the one your team can still run a year later.

What you get in every build.
New pages built by your marketing team
A content model based on what you publish
A page speed target written into the scope
SEO fields on every template
Repository access and a recorded handover

Week 1

We start with what the site has to change.

Stakeholder interviews, an analytics read, a competitor teardown and an audit of the content you already own. It ends in a sitemap and a content model. You sign both off before anyone opens a design file.

Three real directions, then a system.

Bamboo swaddles, sleep bags and everyday babywear for Indian parents, much of it bought for infants with eczema. Hundreds of products, tens of thousands of orders and years of ranking history moved off a slow WooCommerce build without losing any of it.

Frequently asked questions.

The questions we are asked in nearly every first call.

Still unsure?

Ask us anything before committing to a call. Most questions get a real answer within a few hours.

WordPress vs Webflow vs Wix — which should we use?

Publishing volume decides it. Publish often with a team to run it, and WordPress fits. Design quality first, with nobody to maintain plugins, points to Webflow. A small team needing a site in a fortnight suits Wix.

How long does a website design company take to build a site?

A Wix build takes two to four weeks. WordPress and Webflow sites run four to eight. Custom website development takes eight to fourteen. Template count and the amount of original design set the timeline.

Can our marketing team edit the site without a developer?

Yes, and we design for that first. Sections are components with guardrails, so pages can be composed freely but not broken. You get a recorded walkthrough and a written guide at handover.

Will we lose our Google rankings when we migrate?

Not if the move is done properly. Every URL is mapped and redirected, and metadata and structured data come across. We compare crawls before and after, then watch Search Console for a month.

Do you write the copy as well?

We structure the content and write the interface copy as standard. Long-form copywriting is a separate scope. We can also brief your writer against the content model.

What happens after launch?

Seven days on call is included. Then you get a clean handover with repository access. A monthly retainer for landing pages, testing and performance monitoring is optional.
