Front-end Developer

Back-end Developer
Node, PHP or Python with real PostgreSQL instincts. Multi-tenant SaaS, commerce integrations and the reliability work that keeps revenue moving.
Full-stack Developer
You own a feature from schema to interaction state. Most useful on MVPs, where knowing what to cut matters most.
CMS Developer
WordPress, Webflow and headless CMS work, measured by a marketing team that stops raising tickets to change a page.
Graphic Designer

A small, real, scoped piece of work, paid at your day rate. Nobody works unpaid here.
4 · Meet the team
An informal session with the people you would sit beside every day. Their view decides it too.
5 · Offer
In writing, with the level and what the first ninety days actually contain. Take the time you need.
6 · A real answer either way
