A digital growth partner for ambitious brands.
Since 2020 we have designed, built and optimised eCommerce stores, websites, mobile apps and brand identities for companies in 20+ countries.
Who we are.
Syscodes Infosystems is a digital growth partner. We design, build and optimise the products brands sell through — commerce platforms, websites, mobile and SaaS apps, and the brand identity around them.
We started in 2020 with one belief: a launch is the beginning of the work, not the end of it. So we stay after go-live, watch how real customers behave, and keep improving what we shipped.
Today we work with retail, D2C, B2B, healthcare and technology brands across four continents. Most of them came to us through someone we had already built for.
The company, in facts
Mission, vision and values.
What we are building, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Our mission
To help ambitious brands grow through better digital products. Design, technology and craft, pointed at your business goal.
Our vision
To be the partner a founder recommends without hedging, because the work held up. Long relationships, not one-off launches.
Our values
Four things we will not trade for revenue. They are why clients stay with us for years.
A note from the founder.
Why the company exists, in Sayan’s own words.
I started Syscodes because too many brands were being sold a launch, when what they needed was a partner.
Before 2020 I spent years inside other people’s builds. Beautiful homepages, checkouts leaking a third of their carts, and everyone gone the week after go-live.
So we built a company that stays. We are a growth partner, not a vendor — we learn your business, build for it, and keep improving what we shipped.
I read every enquiry and join most first calls, so the person telling you what is possible is the person accountable for it.
Global clients, one accountable team.
Overlap hours, named people and code ownership, written into the contract.
Two-thirds of our revenue comes from outside India, across 20+ countries and four continents. That works because the overlap is guaranteed in writing, with named people.
What that looks like in practice
Working-hours overlap
Timezone overlap, by design
Our day is built around yours. Core hours run to 22:30 IST, so London gets a full afternoon and New York a full morning with us. Replies land the same day, not tomorrow.
You talk to the makers
Designers and engineers on Slack, Zoom and your tracker — no account manager relaying messages, no overnight guessing games about what was actually meant.
NDA and IP handled first
NDA signed before anything is shared, IP assigned to you in the contract, your repository from commit one. Standard practice here since 2020, not an upsell.
Paperwork that suits your side
Invoices in USD, GBP or EUR, work under your MSA if your legal team prefers it, and W-8BEN-E on file. Being overseas should be an operational non-event.
Why brands choose Syscodes.
Five things clients name in the reference calls we do not brief them for.
We solve the business problem, not the ticket
Most briefs describe a fix, not a problem. We start with your customers and your commercial goal, then decide what to build.
with the client’s agreement
Every discipline under one roof
Strategy, design, engineering and optimisation sit in the same team. Nobody gets to blame the other agency.
accountable team
The same senior people throughout
The people on the pitch call are named in the contract with committed hours. No quiet swap after signature.

You always know where you stand
Clear reporting from week one, in plain language. You see what shipped, what it changed and what we would do next.
You leave stronger than you arrived
Documentation, a handover session and a paid two-week overlap where your team ships with us on call. Retainers stay a choice.
Trusted by brands in 20+ countries.
Retail, D2C, B2B distribution, healthcare, logistics and fintech, across four continents.

Some clients are under NDA and some have rebranded, so this is a representative slice. Before you sign we will introduce you to a reference client in your sector.
