Conversion rate optimisation that grows your orders.
CRO audits, properly powered A/B testing and checkout optimisation for stores with plenty of visitors and not enough orders. Every test carries a written hypothesis.
What conversion rate optimisation does.
Double the ad budget and you double the cost. Double the conversion rate and the same spend earns twice, across every channel at once. That is the entire argument.
Most stores lose the bulk of their revenue between the product page and the payment screen. Rarely because the design is ugly, and usually because of friction nobody has measured.
We find those points with data and write a hypothesis for each. Every test runs to its agreed sample size, and only winners stay. Across client programmes the median lift in revenue per session is 31%.

Nothing reaches your store without a written hypothesis and a sample size behind it.

Measurement comes before opinion.
Analytics repair, funnel quantification, replay review and a heuristic pass over every template. The findings document is yours either way.
Each finding becomes a claim.
What we believe, what should move and how much traffic proving it takes. Scored on impact against effort, then sequenced.
Built, QA-ed, then left alone.
Variants are checked on real devices and run to the sample size agreed in advance. Day three is not a result.
Winners become real code.
The winning variant is rebuilt inside your theme and the testing script comes off, so you keep the gain.
One page, losses included.
What ran, what it moved, what we learned, what is queued. Losing tests get the same prominence as winners.
Real test results.
Taken from client programmes, including the tests that lost.
Delivery cost shown on the product page
Hypothesis: the surprise at checkout, rather than the amount itself, was driving abandonment.
Guest checkout placed above account creation
Hypothesis: making people register first adds friction and returns nothing to the buyer.
Countdown timer on the cart page
Hypothesis: urgency would cut abandonment. It did not, and mobile bounce edged upwards.
Returns policy moved beside the buy button
Hypothesis: doubt about returns peaks at the decision itself, not earlier in the visit.
Single-column checkout on mobile
Hypothesis: the two-column layout was scrambling field order on small screens.
Autoplaying product video above the gallery
Hypothesis: video would raise engagement. It cost 0.9s of LCP and conversions fell with it.
Recent client results.
Live client stores, each measured against a number that was agreed before the work started.

Attackletics
A smart batting tee and coaching app for baseball and softball hitters, from youth players to pros. The brief was Japanese retro-cyberpunk — neon, scanlines and chromatic edges — on a store that still opens instantly on a phone.

Applied Vision Baseball
Swing-mechanics and vision trainers built by players for players — strobe glasses, reaction lights, swing locks. A deliberately minimal storefront that puts the product demonstration first and gets out of its way.

Cocoon Care
Bamboo swaddles, sleep bags and everyday babywear for Indian parents, much of it bought for infants with eczema. Hundreds of products, tens of thousands of orders and years of ranking history moved off a slow WooCommerce build without losing any of it.

GRH Kratom
Farm-to-market kratom and kava from a family-owned Southeast Asian farm, sold to a US audience that reads labels closely. Six years of SEO equity, hundreds of products and thousands of pages moved off WooCommerce with every ranking intact.

MindPanda
Stress balls, journals and planners for people managing their own mental load. An established Amazon seller that wanted a direct channel of its own — catalogue ported across, multi-market listings configured, conversion designed for.

Karomi Crafts
Handwoven jamdani turned into contemporary womenswear by a Kolkata label that refuses to greenwash. The store already existed; what it lacked was a path from admiring the craft to buying it.

Why brands choose Syscodes.
Reasons given by clients who already had a growth team and hired us anyway.
The tracking gets repaired first
Nearly every programme opens by finding the analytics wrong. We fix the measurement before we draw a single conclusion from it.

What we believe, why, what should move and how much traffic it needs, all agreed before a variant is built.

Nobody stops a test on day three because the graph looks flattering. Early calls produce wins that never reach the bank.

Half of what we were sure about turned out to be wrong. That is the most valuable thing anyone has sold us.
They made the reason to buy us visible in a second. That is the whole business.
They spent the first fortnight telling us things about our own customers we did not know. Everything after that felt inevitable.

Frequently asked questions.
Including how long this genuinely takes to show up in revenue.
Still unsure?
Ask us anything before committing to a call. Most questions get a real answer within a few hours.
[email protected]+91 70034 16634Book a 30-min callTwo to three percent is the usual benchmark, higher for subscription and repeat purchase, lower for considered buys. Your own trend line matters more than the sector average. A store moving from 1.4% to 2.1% has gained half its revenue again.
First hypotheses ship in week five or six. A meaningful read takes three to four months, because most tests need a minimum two-week runtime. Across our client base the median lift in revenue per session is around 31%.
Two to three weeks for the audit, and some of what it finds is shippable immediately. A properly powered test then needs four to eight weeks on its own to reach confidence. A validated uplift a fortnight after kickoff is not a real test.
Realistically, about 10,000 sessions and 200 orders a month before a test reaches significance in sensible time. Below that we lead with audit-led fixes, checkout work and qualitative research. Split testing joins the programme as the volume arrives.
Every month, in the same report as the winners. Our win rate is 64%, so roughly a third does not beat control and a few actively lose. Knowing which is which is how a programme compounds.
Yes, and most of our conversion rate optimisation agency work arrives that way. We test inside your existing Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento setup. We run the same programme on paid landing pages, so a landing page optimisation agency brief fits here too. No replatform required.
