Our portfolio of commerce, app and design work.
Storefronts, platforms, apps and identity systems built since 2020. Live links where clients allow them, and a case study wherever the numbers are worth reading.
Selected projects.
Live builds, every one linked, every one with the number it moved.

Attackletics
A smart batting tee and coaching app for baseball and softball hitters, from youth players to pros. The brief was Japanese retro-cyberpunk — neon, scanlines and chromatic edges — on a store that still opens instantly on a phone.

Applied Vision Baseball
Swing-mechanics and vision trainers built by players for players — strobe glasses, reaction lights, swing locks. A deliberately minimal storefront that puts the product demonstration first and gets out of its way.

Cocoon Care
Bamboo swaddles, sleep bags and everyday babywear for Indian parents, much of it bought for infants with eczema. Hundreds of products, tens of thousands of orders and years of ranking history moved off a slow WooCommerce build without losing any of it.

SkinEasi
Dermatologically tested anti-chafe and anti-rash gels for runners, cyclists and triathletes. A dated Shopify store rebuilt around the moment of trust this category turns on: proof that it works over a long distance.

GRH Kratom
Farm-to-market kratom and kava from a family-owned Southeast Asian farm, sold to a US audience that reads labels closely. Six years of SEO equity, hundreds of products and thousands of pages moved off WooCommerce with every ranking intact.

Thread Fairy Co
Organic muslin swaddles, hooded towels and kidswear for Indian parents who read the label before they read the price. Moved off WooCommerce onto a store merchandised for gifting as much as for browsing.

Karomi Crafts
Handwoven jamdani turned into contemporary womenswear by a Kolkata label that refuses to greenwash. The store already existed; what it lacked was a path from admiring the craft to buying it.

MindPanda
Stress balls, journals and planners for people managing their own mental load. An established Amazon seller that wanted a direct channel of its own — catalogue ported across, multi-market listings configured, conversion designed for.

The Legacy Line
Archival twentieth-century American photography printed onto coasters, mugs and canvases, each scannable to reveal the story behind the image. Rebuilt on evidence, with a dark and light mode because the imagery reads differently in each.

Glowthie
Korean and Japanese skincare sold into Portugal and the wider EU. The hard part was never the design: it was a very large catalogue across multiple markets and languages, kept fast and kept navigable.

King K Kratom
Small-batch kratom extracts and energy shots out of Austin, lab-verified to the milligram. Migrated off WooCommerce with the customer data and the search rankings carried across intact.

Gud Tonics
Alcohol-free kava and kratom tonics, positioned as the drink you have instead. Google would not show the site at all — not even for the brand name — because it was buried in duplicated AI-written content. We stripped it, rewrote it, and rebuilt on Shopify.

- Daily sales
- $10k+

Bagabal
Handmade Spanish padel bags built to go from court to office to dinner without changing. A small, considered range, so the store is written as a story rather than laid out as a catalogue.
- Conversion rate

- Order value
- +35%

Motion Trading
Crystals, incense and sound-therapy pieces sold across the UAE and the wider Gulf. A poorly built store replaced with premium storytelling visuals and a checkout path that stops asking the customer to work.

Roasted, never fried Indian namkeen with the protein and fibre on the front of the pack. A launch store for a brand whose whole argument is that you can read the ingredients.

CocoaTown
Bean-to-bar chocolate and nut-butter machinery sold to craft producers in over a hundred countries. A deep, technical catalogue that buyers could not navigate — restructured around how a chocolate maker actually shops for equipment.

RobotX Workshops
Hands-on drone and autonomous-driving courses run on real hardware in Berlin, taught in eight languages. The site runs the business: students browse upcoming dates, pick one and confirm a place without anyone in the loop.

Nothing public in that category — ask and we will show you the work directly.
The work that is not on this page
A good share of what we build never becomes a public case study. Pre-launch brands, private B2B platforms, white-label builds shipped under someone else's name, and internal tools that were never meant to be seen. Some of it is the work we are proudest of, and none of it is ours to publish.
We can walk you through it properly on a call — screen shared, nothing recorded, and only what the client has cleared us to show.
Ask to see the private workEvery project is live and linked, so you can judge the work rather than our description of it. The figure beside each one is what the build changed for that business. Ask on a call and we will take you through any of them.
How to read a portfolio.
Three questions that separate work an agency led from work it merely touched.
What the team actually did
A theme tweak and a year-long platform build look identical in a grid. Ask for the split, project by project.
What happened after launch
Launch screenshots are cheap. Month six is the honest question, and four projects here are written up with those figures.
Talking to a reference client
The only reference worth anything is unscripted. We introduce you to a client in a comparable sector before you sign.
Start your project.
Tell us what you are building or fixing and you will get a scoped written proposal.
