Apps, SaaS and MVPs

Software development that ships on time.

Mobile apps, SaaS platforms and startup MVPs, built by senior engineers. You get working software every fortnight and a product your own team can take over.

01

Our approach to software development.

Most products do not fail on code quality. They fail because the build kept growing for eleven months. By launch the round had closed, or a rival had shipped first.

So we scope hard and ship every fortnight. Each sprint ends with software you can open, not a slide. Changing direction in week three costs a conversation, not a rebuild.

Founders get an MVP in front of paying users in about eight weeks. Established teams see their product move every fortnight. We have worked this way across 150+ projects.

How we keep scope honest
A written v1 scope and a not-now list
Two-week sprints ending in working software
Staging access from the first sprint
A written note whenever scope changes
A two-week paid handover overlap

Software development services we offer.

Proving an idea, scaling a platform and shipping to a phone are different problems.

A v1 scope and a not-now listBoth written before the first commit. Everything cut is recorded, so version two starts from a decision.
Working software every fortnightYou open it on staging yourself. A written note says what moved and what slipped.
Architecture built for handoverConventional, documented and readable. Nothing clever that only its author can maintain.
Auth, billing and permissions done properlyThe parts founders underestimate and buyers check. Built once, built correctly.
Product analytics wired before launchYour first hundred users teach you something specific. You are not left guessing.
A two-week paid handover overlapWe work alongside your new engineers for a fortnight. No zip file, no disappearing act.

Week 1–2

Scope is cut before code is written.

A free 30-minute call first, then interviews, a competitive read and one hard prioritisation session. You leave with a defined v1, a written not-now list and a proposal against it.

Week 2–4

Argue over a Figma frame, not a schema.

Core flows wireframed, then a clickable prototype put in front of real people. Changing your mind here takes an afternoon. Changing it in month four takes a sprint.

Week 4–12

Two-week sprints, real software.

Architecture and auth first, then feature sprints. Staging access from sprint one, a working build every fortnight, and a written note on every trade-off.

What we build.

Product and platform work, described honestly — the published examples live in the portfolio.

Product work, end to end.

Interfaces, dashboards, and the systems behind them.

  • Native and cross-platform apps
  • SaaS dashboards and admin tools
  • APIs, integrations and data pipelines
  • MVPs scoped to a first release

Much of our product work sits under an NDA. Everything in the portfolio was built by the same engineers and is live right now — go and prod it.

Why founders choose Syscodes.

What teams tell us after comparing us with larger agencies.

01

We cut scope, not corners

A defined v1 and a not-now list before any code. The fastest way to ship is to build less.

Senior people throughout

Senior specialists only. The engineer in your scoping call writes the code.

Frequently asked questions.

The questions founders ask on the first call.

Still unsure?

Ask us anything before committing to a call. Most questions get a real answer within a few hours.

What is included in a software development engagement?

A defined v1 scope, a written not-now list and working software every fortnight. Design, build, launch and a two-week paid handover are all included. Every project is scoped and quoted after the consultation.

How long does custom software development take?

Six to ten weeks for an MVP. Ten to sixteen for a mobile app. Sixteen to twenty-eight for a SaaS platform. The first two to four weeks decide the scope.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You keep the repository from commit one. IP is assigned to you on payment. There is no proprietary framework and no hosting we control.

What happens when we hire our own engineers?

That is the healthy outcome and we build for it. You get conventional architecture, tests, documentation and working CI. Then a two-week paid overlap where our team sits with yours.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Usually. We start with a short technical audit. You hear honestly what is worth keeping and what should be replaced. That happens before any work starts.

Do you do free trial projects?

No. The 30-minute consultation is free and you get real opinions in it. We do not build unpaid test projects.
