Multi-tenant from commit one

SaaS development that scales with you.

Multi-tenancy, billing, roles and audit trails, built before the features that demo well. Those four decide whether your platform survives its own growth.

01

Our approach to SaaS development.

SaaS products rarely fail at launch. They fail around the twentieth customer. Tenant data turns out to be separated by a WHERE clause. Then the first enterprise buyer asks for SSO.

So we build the foundations before the features that demo well. Tenant isolation at the data layer. Billing that survives upgrades, proration and failed cards. Audit logging from the first commit.

Full platforms are the serious end of what we build. We want that work. The scope stays tight because the thinking happens first. That removes a likely rewrite in month twelve.

What we get right first
Tenant isolation decided before the first customer
Billing that survives upgrades and proration
A permission model that maps to an org chart
Audit logging written from the first commit
An architecture that grows without a rewrite

SaaS development services we offer.

Building from nothing, proving the idea, or unblocking the enterprise deals you keep losing.

Full SaaS build

A multi-tenant platform with billing, roles and audit trails. Plus the admin tooling your support team needs.

16–28 weeks

SaaS MVP

A tight first version with the foundations already right. Live with paying customers, not pilot signups.

8–12 weeks

Enterprise readiness

SSO, SAML, RBAC and audit logging. Added to a platform that already has paying customers.

6–10 weeks
Multi-tenancy at the data layerIsolation designed into the schema, not a filter you hope nobody bypasses.
Billing that holds under pressureStripe Billing set up for proration and plan migrations. Failed cards, dunning and tax as well.
Roles that match the org chartNested teams and delegated admin rights. A hundred-seat account brings awkward cases, and they are covered.
Audit logging from commit oneWho did what, when and from where. The first enterprise deal will ask for it.
Admin and support toolingYour team can impersonate, debug and refund. No engineer opens a database console.
Usage metering built earlyEvent tracking ready for usage-based plans, because plans always change.

Scale

Week 1–2

Tenancy decided before code.

Requirements, tenancy model, permission structure and billing logic all agreed on paper. These four are the hardest to reverse, so they get made first.

Customer-facing flows designed alongside the internal tooling your support team uses daily. Most platforms neglect that surface until support becomes a hiring problem.

Foundations, then features.

Architecture, auth, tenancy and billing first. Feature sprints afterwards, sitting on something that will still hold at customer two hundred.

What we build.

Product and platform work, described honestly — the published examples live in the portfolio.

Product work, end to end.

Interfaces, dashboards, and the systems behind them.

  • Native and cross-platform apps
  • SaaS dashboards and admin tools
  • APIs, integrations and data pipelines
  • MVPs scoped to a first release

Much of our product work sits under an NDA. Everything in the portfolio was built by the same engineers and is live right now — go and prod it.

Frequently asked questions.

Architecture, billing, enterprise gates and what a build involves.

Ask us anything before committing to a call. Most questions get a real answer within a few hours.

What does SaaS development involve?

A multi-tenant MVP with billing and roles takes eight to twelve weeks. A full platform takes sixteen to twenty-eight weeks. That includes admin tooling and enterprise features. Every SaaS development project is scoped and quoted after the consultation.

Why build multi-tenant from day one?

Adding tenant isolation later is the hardest job a SaaS team can face. Designed in at the start it is one decision. Added at customer twenty it is a rewrite.

Do we need SSO and audit logs straight away?

Built, probably not. Designed for, yes. The first enterprise prospect will ask. Your permission model has to handle delegated admin. Retrofitting that becomes a three-month project.

Can you work on our existing SaaS platform?

Yes, and it is a good part of our SaaS product development work. We start with a technical audit and say what is worth keeping. Often the answer is targeted work on isolation or billing.

Do you design the interface as well?

Yes. Flows, design system and front end come from one team. The same team builds the back end. You are not managing a SaaS UX design agency and an engineering supplier at once.
