eCommerce development that lifts your conversion rate.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce and headless stores, built to convert by one team that also runs the testing programme after launch.
Build and conversion,
one team.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce or headless — we build on all four, so the platform we recommend follows your catalogue, your team and how you actually sell.
We have shipped 150+ projects in ten years. Deep catalogues, tier pricing, ERP integration and migrations that hold their rankings. Your team gets a store it can merchandise without raising a developer ticket.
Launch is where most agencies stop, and where the useful data starts. We keep testing what your customers actually do, so your conversion rate and your revenue keep climbing long after go-live. Learn more about conversion optimisation.

The quickest route to launch. Shopify Plus and headless Hydrogen are there when you outgrow the basics.

We find the problem first.
Analytics review, funnel teardown, competitor benchmarking and interviews with whoever runs the store. The written findings are yours either way.
Three routes, then one system.
Wireframes first, then three genuinely different creative directions, then a storefront design system in Figma with a clickable prototype.
You watch it get built.
Two-week sprints, each ending in something clickable. Gateways, tax, shipping and ERP sync are wired and tested along the way.
Go-live should be boring.
A QA matrix on real devices, catalogue migration, redirect mapping and a rehearsed rollback plan. Seven days on call afterwards.
Then the number starts moving.
Structured testing against the metric agreed in discovery, Core Web Vitals monitoring and a monthly report for your board.
What we
deliver.
Recent client results.
Live client stores, each measured against a number that was agreed before the work started.

Attackletics
A smart batting tee and coaching app for baseball and softball hitters, from youth players to pros. The brief was Japanese retro-cyberpunk — neon, scanlines and chromatic edges — on a store that still opens instantly on a phone.

Applied Vision Baseball
Swing-mechanics and vision trainers built by players for players — strobe glasses, reaction lights, swing locks. A deliberately minimal storefront that puts the product demonstration first and gets out of its way.

Cocoon Care
Bamboo swaddles, sleep bags and everyday babywear for Indian parents, much of it bought for infants with eczema. Hundreds of products, tens of thousands of orders and years of ranking history moved off a slow WooCommerce build without losing any of it.

GRH Kratom
Farm-to-market kratom and kava from a family-owned Southeast Asian farm, sold to a US audience that reads labels closely. Six years of SEO equity, hundreds of products and thousands of pages moved off WooCommerce with every ranking intact.

Stress balls, journals and planners for people managing their own mental load. An established Amazon seller that wanted a direct channel of its own — catalogue ported across, multi-market listings configured, conversion designed for.

Handwoven jamdani turned into contemporary womenswear by a Kolkata label that refuses to greenwash. The store already existed; what it lacked was a path from admiring the craft to buying it.

Why brands choose Syscodes.
Answers from the debrief call, when we ask clients why they chose us.
One team builds it and grows it
The people who design your product page later test its layout and rebuild its checkout. Nothing is handed to a second agency.

We build on Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce and headless, so the one we recommend follows your catalogue, not our margin.

Over a hundred brands across twenty-plus countries, in ten years.

They spent the first fortnight telling us things about our own customers we did not know. Everything after that felt inevitable.
They took the wildest brief we have given anyone and came straight back asking about our page weight budget. That told us everything.
Two agencies told us a migration meant losing rankings for a quarter. We did not lose any.

Still unsure?

[email protected]+91 70034 16634Book a 30-min callMost Shopify and WooCommerce builds run six to ten weeks. Adobe Commerce and headless projects run twelve to twenty-four, driven mainly by catalogue size and integrations. Every project is scoped individually after a free consultation.
Shopify when speed to market matters more than control. WooCommerce when your content already lives in WordPress. Adobe Commerce for deep B2B catalogues, account-level pricing and several storefronts. Headless when your business logic will not bend to a platform.
Six to ten weeks for Shopify or WooCommerce, of which the first two to four are discovery and design. Adobe Commerce and headless run twelve to twenty. Migrations are governed by the state of your data, not by the platform you are moving to.
Yes, and it is a large share of what we ship. URL mapping, 301 redirects, metadata and structured data are carried across, then a crawl comparison runs either side of go-live. Large catalogues have moved without losing rankings.
Both, and we would rather do both. About half our clients stay on a monthly testing retainer once the store is live — audit, hypothesis, test, implement, report. The ecommerce developer who wrote the product page is the person best placed to test it.
With an audit, not a rebuild. Sometimes the answer really is a replatform. More often it is a checkout rebuild, a performance pass and a quarter of structured testing. If the smaller job is the right job, that is what we scope.
