Research, flows, built systems

UI UX design that converts.

Research, user flows, prototypes and a component library. Built for SaaS, mobile and commerce products. Handed over in a state your engineers build from directly.

01

Our approach to UI UX design.

The common design failure is not ugliness. It is a file of perfect happy-path screens. No empty states, no error states, no annotation.

We design the whole surface. Every component gets its states. Every breakpoint gets a rule. Accessibility is annotated throughout. On one analytics dashboard, support tickets fell forty percent after the rebuild.

That depth comes from where we sit. A designer joins the research calls. The same designer then works beside your engineers. Anything unbuildable surfaces during design, not during sprint three.

What this changes for you
Every state designed, not just the happy path
Responsive rules written down, not guessed
Accessibility annotated to WCAG AA
A component library engineers build from
A designer in every research call

UI UX services we offer.

You may be starting fresh, rebuilding a product that grew sideways, or fixing one drop-off.

Product & SaaS interfaces

Dashboards, admin and multi-tenant products. Research, flows, structure and a full component system.

5–10 weeks

Commerce interfaces

Storefront, product page and checkout design, measured on completion rate rather than looks.

4–7 weeks

UX audit & research

We test with real users on a product that already ships. Then we rank the fixes.

2–4 weeks
Research before pixelsWe interview users, read the analytics and watch people use the thing. Choices rest on evidence.
Information architecture firstStructure and navigation are resolved before any visual design. That is where most usability problems live.
Every state designedLoading, empty, error, partial and success. Six states per component. Users hit those most often.
A component library, not a galleryTokens, variants and states in Figma. Named to match the way your engineers build.
Accessibility annotatedContrast, focus order, keyboard behaviour and ARIA notes, written to WCAG AA. Never a margin comment.
Prototypes that get testedClickable prototypes go in front of five or more real users. That happens before production code is written.

Measure

Week 1–2

Evidence before opinion.

User interviews, analytics review, moderated testing of whatever exists today, and a competitive teardown. The designer runs these calls personally. That is why the findings survive into the design instead of into a slide.

Week 2–4

Architecture before aesthetics.

Information architecture, navigation and user flows come first. Then wireframes and a clickable prototype. Most usability problems are structural, and no amount of visual polish fixes them.

One direction, then the system.

You see the recommended visual direction, with the reasoning and the routes we set aside. Then it becomes a component library, with every state, every breakpoint and accessibility annotated.

Built, not just delivered.

Our designer sits with your engineers through the build. They review the built screens against the library and close the gaps. On call for seven days afterwards.

What we design.

Identity, interface and packaging work — the published examples live in the portfolio.

Design that has a job to do.

Identity, interface and packaging, made to be used.

  • Brand identity and logo systems
  • UI and UX for web and product
  • Packaging and print
  • Campaign and social design

Design work is usually delivered inside a client brand rather than as a case study of its own. The storefronts in the portfolio are the clearest public example of the same team’s design decisions in the wild.

Why product teams choose Syscodes.

What teams say after comparing us with a larger UX design agency.

01

Designed with engineers, not at them

The designer sits beside the people building it. Nothing arrives that cannot ship as drawn.

Every state, not just the happy path

Loading, empty and error screens are all designed. Users hit them most, and designers skip them most.

What do you get from a UI UX design agency at handover?

A Figma component library with tokens, variants and every state. It carries the responsive rules, the accessibility notes and how each part behaves. Your engineers build straight from it.

How do you scope UI UX services?

We count the screens, the states and the user types. Then we agree what research the decision needs. That becomes a written scope with a timeline, quoted individually against it.

Do you work as a SaaS UX design agency for multi-tenant products?

Yes, and it is most of our product work. Roles, permissions, admin views and billing screens. Plus the empty state a new tenant sees. Those plain screens decide whether a new team stays.

Can you act as our mobile app UX design agency as well as web?

Yes. iOS and Android flows are drawn to platform rules. Not as a stretched web layout. Gestures, offline behaviour and error states are all spelled out.

Do you do user research, or just visual design?

Research is built into every project. We interview users and review your analytics. A clickable prototype goes in front of five or more people before any production code is written.
